Andrea strives for excellence in all of AMP Salon's services and products.
In the event that you are not happy with the service you received Andrea offers a "Full Money Back Service Guaranty". To receive our "Full Money Back Service Guaranty" you must follow the following steps:

Let Andrea know about the problem within three of our business days of having the service by contacting the her directly via email by
clicking here.

You must return to the salon to have your service assessed and give her the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Any modification to the service in question, before returning to AMP Salon for the assessment, will void her guaranty.
Health Issues:

Because Andrea is concerned for the well being of all her guests, she kindly ask that you advise her of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any salon services so that she can be sure that her services do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you have or medical treatment you are receiving.
Online Booking:

Andrea is pleased to offer the convenience of 24 hour online booking for her guests. This feature will allow you to book future appointments as well as view upcoming appointments already scheduled. Due to her usually full schedule, there are some instances where it may not be possible to book online. If you are having trouble scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that Andrea is not available. In this event, please contact Andrea and she will be happy to assist you with these appointments.
Walk-Ins:

If you must cancel your appointment, please give Andrea 24-hours notice. She reserves the right to require customers who do not keep their appointments, or frequently cancel to receive services on a walk-in basis.
Punctuality:

At AMP Salon, Andrea respects your time and strives to maintain a schedule that accommodates all of her clients. She will do everything she can to ensure that your appointment time is honored. Andrea respectfully requests that you do the same for her and her other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Andrea will do her best to accommodate you, but please understand that she might need to modify your original scheduled appointment, or reschedule you for another time.
Cell Phones:

Please honor and enjoy the relaxing environment that Andrea has created and try to maintain at AMP Salon. While she understands that you might occasionally need to use your cell phone in the salon, please remember and respect that cell phone interruptions during services causes delays that may impact other clients.
Children:

An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent in the salon studio during the parent's hair service for the safety of both the child, parent and others.

The parent of any disruptive or especially loud child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for others.

Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.

Just as we provide you with a comfortable, relaxing environment inside our salon, we want to keep you stress-free away from the salon. Therefore, when you register for online booking or give us your contact information when you check into the salon, we promise to never share any of your personal or contact information with third parties.
